Terms and Conditions
BY Participating in this Promotion AND SWEEPSTAKES DURING THE promotion PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE participating. IMPORTANT NOTE: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU, ELIMINATE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY, REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION. SEE BELOW.
- Eligibility: The “Monster Energy® Mayhem” promotion and the “Monster Energy® Chance to Win Extreme Prizes” sweepstakes (the “Promotion” and “Sweepstakes”) is open to persons who are legal residents of, physically located in, and who have a mailing address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (the “Promotional Territory”) and who are eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older at the time of account creation. The Promotion and Sweepstakes are subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and by participating, a participant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Monster (defined below) which are final and binding in all respects. The Promotion begins at midnight beginning May 1, 2025, and ends at midnight ending August 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All times stated are US Pacific Time. Employees, officers and representatives and members of the immediate families of Monster Energy Company (“Monster”), Orbit Fulfillment (the “Administrator”), and their respective affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production, or fulfillment of the Promotion (the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion and/or Sweepstakes. This Promotion and/or Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
SECTION 1: PROMOTION COLLECT AND REDEEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES WILL FOLLOW IN SECTION 2)
- How to Earn Points: To obtain points redeemable for Monster Energy® gear item(s) and/or event tickets (collectively, “Monster Gear”), Participants must purchase any Monster Energy® energy drink products from a participating retailer in the Promotional Territory during the period of May 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025 (“Qualifying Purchase Period”) and take a picture of their purchase receipt; original purchase receipt must be uploaded, duplicate, copy, or re-print receipts will not be accepted. Participants must visit mayhem.monsterenergy.com (the “Website”) and create an account or log on to their existing account, complete the online form, and submit an image of their full receipt(s) by August 31, 2025 (qualifying purchases must have been made on or before August 31, 2025). Last day to create an account and to submit all receipts through the Website is August 31, 2025. Participants may be given the option to receive an SMS text to authenticate their account during the registration process. See paragraph 3 below for important information on SMS messaging. Limit one hundred twenty (120) cans per receipt; limit one (1) receipt upload per day. Collect one (1) point for every one (1) Monster Energy® energy drink can purchased. Once Participants have accumulated enough points from valid purchases, Participants can redeem those points for Monster Gear or continue to accumulate points for higher tier items. Limitations apply. Event ticket Monster Gear item(s) will be available at different times for redemption throughout the Promotion Period and cannot be redeemed prior to their drop date; see chart below for anticipated drop dates, but subject to change in Monster’s sole discretion. - SMS Messaging: By opting-in to SMS messaging, Participants expressly consent to receive text messages, via an automated telephone dialing system to the number the Participant provided. Participants can text STOP at any time. For help text HELP at any time or call 1-888-322-4466. Text, message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participants’ consent to the above is not required to make a purchase. Carrier specific charges for text messages and data may apply for each message sent or received, depending on a Participant’s individual carrier’s cellular pricing plan, in accordance with a Participant’s cellular customer agreement. Not all mobile devices are supported. Participants may only participate in the Promotion if they are using a supported device. SMS/MMS may not be available for all service providers or for all handsets. Cellular phone carrier’s instructions for text messaging may be different. Promotion Entities make no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate. By selecting to participate, the Participant grants permission to the Promotion Entities to communicate via text message and must agree to accept all applicable charges associated therewith. Wireless service providers may charge Participants for each text message, including any error message that is sent and received in connection with the Promotion, based on the applicable wireless service plan. Participants are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes associated with participating in the Promotion. - Walmart Double Points: Between May 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025, purchase any Monster Energy® energy drink products in a single transaction at a participating Walmart store within the Promotional Territory and take a picture of your qualifying purchase receipt. Scan the QR code located on the point of sale display at Walmart or visit mayhem.monsterenergy.com to create an account or log in to your existing account and upload a photo of your full receipt(s) to receive points by August 31, 2025 (qualifying purchases must have been made on or before June 30, 2025). You will receive one (1) point and one (1) bonus point for every one (1) Monster Energy® energy drink product purchased in-store at Walmart — i.e., two (2) points total per can.
- ampm-Thornton’s Double Points: Between May 7, 2025 to July 8, 2025, purchase any Monster Energy® energy drink products in a single transaction at a participating ampm or Thorntons location within the Promotional Territory and take a picture of your qualifying purchase receipt. Scan the QR code located on the point of sale display at ampm or Thorntons or visit mayhem.monsterenergy.com to create an account or log in to your existing account and upload a photo of your full receipt(s) to receive points by August 31, 2025 (qualifying purchases must have been made on or before July 8, 2025). You will receive one (1) point and one (1) bonus point for every one (1) Monster Energy® energy drink product purchased in-store at ampm or Thorntons — i.e., two (2) points total per can.
- Kroger Double Points: Between July 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025 purchase any Monster Energy® energy drink products in a single transaction at a participating Kroger location (see Exhibit A for a full list of participating Kroger stores) within the Promotional Territory and take a picture of your qualifying purchase receipt. Scan the QR code located on the point of sale display at the participating Kroger location or visit mayhem.monsterenergy.com to create an account or log in to your existing account and upload a photo of your full receipt(s) to receive points by August 31, 2025 (qualifying purchases must have been made on or before August 31, 2025). You will receive one (1) point and one (1) bonus point for every one (1) Monster Energy® energy drink product purchased in-store at participating Kroger locations — i.e., two (2) points total per can.
- 7-Eleven-Speedway Double Points: Between July 16, 2025 to August 31, 2025, purchase any Monster Energy® energy drink products in a single transaction at a participating 7-Eleven or Speedway location within the Promotional Territory and take a picture of your qualifying purchase receipt. Scan the QR code located on the point of sale display at 7-Eleven or Speedway or visit mayhem.monsterenergy.com to create an account or log in to your existing account and upload a photo of your full receipt(s) to receive points by August 31, 2025 (qualifying purchases must have been made on or before August 31, 2025). You will receive one (1) point and one (1) bonus point for every one (1) Monster Energy® energy drink product purchased in-store at 7-Eleven or Speedway — i.e., two (2) points total per can.
- How to Redeem: Scan the QR code located on the point of sale displays or visit mayhem.monsterenergy.com to log in to your account and track your points earned after each qualifying purchase. Points will be awarded to your account within twenty-four (24) to thirty-six (36) hours following the validation of the qualifying receipt submission. An email confirmation will be sent to the email associated with your account once your receipt has been verified. Once you have collected enough points, you may then redeem your points by selecting your desired Monster Gear item (subject to availability) and completing the online order process. Limit five (5) Monster Gear item(s) per redemption order; limit one (1) Monster Gear item(s) redemption order per day, per account. Once you redeem your points for any Monster Gear item, the number of points needed for that item will be deducted from your overall total points in your account. Points have no monetary value. Redemption of any Monster Gear item via your account cannot be undone. All Points not redeemed for Monster Gear item(s) by November 30, 2025 will be forfeited.
Monster reserves the right, as its sole discretion to distribute additional points (“Promotional Point”) at various times throughout the Promotion Period through additional means which may include but not limited to the following: (a) on physical cards distributed at select events and sampling sites; (b) by subscribing to Monster’s free e-mail newsletter during a designated period and creating an account on the Website during the Promotion Period; or (c) by subscribing to Monster’s free e-mail newsletter during a designated period and re-activating your 2024 Monster Gear Promotion account on the Website during the Promotion Period. If any part of the Promotional Point is counterfeited, if the Promotional Point comes from other promotions, or if any part is illegible or tampered with in any way, or if it contains printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors, the Promotional Point, may be rejected and deemed void or invalid at Monster’s sole discretion. Limit of one (1) Promotional Point per account for the Promotion Period.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted. The resale of Monster Gear item(s) is prohibited. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Monster Gear item(s) and their styles, colors and sizes are while supplies last, subject to availability and may be substituted without advance notice. Monster Gear item(s) will be automatically shipped to the mailing address associated with Participants account. Participants are responsible for ensuring their mailing address is correct within their account prior to time of order placement. Please allow approximately ten (10) to twelve (12) weeks for delivery after your valid online order is placed. All redemption orders must be placed online through the Website and by midnight Pacific Time ending on November 30, 2025. Monster’s computer is the official timekeeping device for submitting online orders. Each Monster Gear item must be accepted as awarded, and may not be assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash value. Participants have five (5) days to respond to any inquiries from Monster regarding their Monster Gear item(s) online order; if a response is not received within five (5) days your order is subject to cancellation. If a Participants account is closed due to fraudulent activity or other factors determined at Monster’s discretion, any unfulfilled Monster Gear item orders on the account will be cancelled.
Event tickets are subject to availability, as well as the terms and conditions applicable thereto. Participant and guest ticketholders must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of admittance; Participant and guest ticketholder must be nineteen (19) years of age or older at time admittance for the NASCAR® YellaWood 500 event in Talladega. Participant and guest ticketholders are subject to all rules, regulations, protocols, terms and conditions of the event promoters. Participant and guest ticketholders will be required to comply with all sanctioning body and venue rules and regulations, including all COVID-19 protocols in effect at the venue at the time of the event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize as determined by Monster. If, for whatever reason, the event is cancelled or postponed, the ticket terms and conditions will govern, and Promotion Entities will have no further obligation to Participant. Event tickets do not include travel or accommodations, which are the sole responsibility of the Participant. The resale of event tickets is prohibited.
Participant and guest ticketholders fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines, can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
SECTION 2: SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. IMPORTANT NOTE: THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU, ELIMINATE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY, REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE.
A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID OUTSIDE THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
- How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of Sweepstakes entry:
- Entry by Purchase: During the Promotion Period, purchase any one (1) single can of Monster Energy® product from a participating retailer in a single transaction and save your purchase receipt; and (ii) scan the QR code located on the point of sale display in the participating retailer or visit mayhem.monsterenergy.com and create an account or log on to your existing account, complete the online form, and upload a photo of your receipt during the Promotion Period. You will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry with your first receipt upload, containing a qualified purchase, to your account. You will only receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for the Sweepstakes regardless of the number of Monster Energy® products purchased in excess of one (1) during the Promotion Period. Save the purchase receipt in the event you are a winner.

- MAIL-IN: To enter without purchase. To obtain an entry by mail, Participants must hand print their first and last name, residence address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and Participant’s signature to certify eligibility to participate in the program, consent to and compliance with these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable regulations, on a 3”x5” card, place the card in an envelope with proper first-class postage affixed, and mail the envelope to “Monster Energy® Chance to Win Extreme Prizes Sweepstakes” c/o Orbit Fulfillment, PO Box 291944, Nashville, TN 37229. Mailed entries must be postmarked between May 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025, and received by midnight ending September 3, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) 3”x5” card per stamped, outer envelope for the Promotion Period. A mailed entry submitted in accordance with these Official Rules will result in the Participant obtaining one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.
- General Sweepstakes Entry Details: Participant are limited to one (1) Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is the 24-hour period from midnight to midnight, and “US Pacific Time” means either Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Savings Time depending on which time is in effect on the date in question. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Monster’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any wireless network, telephone, computer, computer network, hardware or software or the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in Participant’s handset to receive messages. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Monster may be disqualified. All materials submitted become the property of Monster and will not be returned. Illegible and/or incomplete entries and entries submitted by a Participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Normal time rates, if any, charged by the Participants’ Internet service or mobile provider will apply. These Official Rules can be found at: https://mayhem.monsterenergy.com. Any personal information submitted will be used for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and will be subject to Monster’s Privacy Policy at https://www.monsterenergy.com/en-us/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants hereby agree that Monster and/or the Promotion Entities may share their personal information submitted with the entry for the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes, winner selection, and prize fulfillment. By submitting a physical mail entry, Participants agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Sweepstakes and willingly provide their information to Monster and the Administrator. All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified or void are considered “Eligible Entries.”
The odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received within the Promotion Period.
- Grand Prize Description:
Grand Prize: Six (6) Grand Prizes are available to be won. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize will vary according to the prize awarded. Each “Grand Prize” is one (1) of the following prizes awarded in order of draw: (a) one (1) 2025 Ford F-150® Raptor® Truck, customized for Monster (ARV $150,000 USD); (b) one (1) 2025 Jeep® Wrangler Rubicon, customized for Monster (ARV $72,400 USD); (c) one (1) 2025 Polaris® RZR Pro R, customized for Monster (ARV $39,950 USD); (d) one (1) 2025 Yamaha YZ250F motorcycle (ARV $8,535.54 USD); (e) one (1) 2025 Surron Light Bee X Electric Bike (ARV $3,800 USD); and (f) one (1) 2025 Surron Light Bee X Electric Bike (ARV $3,800 USD). Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $278,485.54 USD.
- Winner Selection and Notification: On or about September 10, 2025, the potential “Winner(s)” will be determined via a random drawing, from all Eligible Entries received. Participant need not to be present for the drawing to win. Each potential Winner will be notified within three (3) business days of the drawing. Each potential Winner will be notified by phone (at the phone number provided with the entry) and will be required to provide and confirm their e-mail address. A prize won by a Participant will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the phone number submitted with the winning entry regardless of the individual who submitted the winning entry. If a potential Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted or fails to respond within three (3) days of the date of notification, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential Winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate potential Winner will be randomly drawn from all remaining Eligible Entries. If the alternate potential Winner is unable to accept the prize, the prize is forfeited and another alternate potential Winner will be randomly drawn from all remaining Eligible Entries. This Winner selection and notification process shall be continued until a Winner is confirmed for each prize.
- Winner Verification: Within three (3) days of being notified of being a potential Winner, each potential Winner may be required to complete, sign, and return documentation required by Monster — including a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, release of liability, and a publicity release form (except where prohibited). Provided that a potential Winner is in compliance with the Official Rules and after having successfully proven eligibility and provided any documentation required by Monster, the potential Winner will be determined to be a Winner. Monster expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winners for any reason it deems necessary. In addition, Monster reserves the right to select alternate Winners in the event that any potential Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules.
If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim a prize in excess of the five (5) Grand Prizes available as set forth in these Official Rules, the Winner of the prize(s) available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Participant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential Winners.
- Prize Terms: The approximate retail value of each prize represents Monster’s good faith determination of the approximate retail value of the prize, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. If the stated approximate retail value of each prize is more than the actual fair market value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Any costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded is the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Grand Prize Winners of the Ford® F150® Raptor and the Jeep® Wrangler Rubicon must have a valid driver’s license at time of prize fulfillment. All vehicle options (if any) are at Monster’s sole discretion. Any costs associated with the registration, title, licensing, or insuring (if applicable) of the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Monster’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person. The date for fulfillment of the prize is anticipated to be on or around December 31, 2025; but subject to change in Monster’s sole discretion and/or due to prize availability. If for any reason a prize is unavailable or any prize or related event is delayed, cancelled or postponed, or for any other reason, Monster reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion and award a substitute prize, or portion of a prize, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Official Rules. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of a prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted by a Winner. The Promotion Entities shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Winner who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize a prize. In the event a potential Winner cannot accept a prize, an alternate Winner will be randomly drawn from all remaining Eligible Entries. The prize is provided “as is”. Participant acknowledges that the Promotion Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including any express warranties provided by any prize supplier that are sent along with a prize and any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. Promotion Entities are not responsible for, and will not replace, any lost, damaged, or stolen prize or prize component. The value of a prize will be taxable to the Winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 and W9 will be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the prize awarded. All U.S. federal, state and local tax liability, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winner’s responsibility.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Monster’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision. You agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Terms and Conditions.
