Is a Monster Energy account required to Participate in Summer of Monster Mayhem?
Yes, you must create a Monster Energy account and upload your qualifying receipt(s) to redeem your points and get entered for a chance to win one of the extreme prizes.
What happens to my Monster Energy account when the program has ended?
The Monster Energy account is only for the Summer of Monster Mayhem promotion.
What is the promotional period?
The Summer of Monster Mayhem promotion will run May 1 – August 31, 2025.
What is the last day I can redeem my points?
You must redeem your points by 11:59pm PST November 30, 2025, for qualifying purchases made between May 1 – Aug 31, 2025.
Are all Monster Energy products accepted for this promotion?
Yes, all Monster Energy, Monster Ultra, Monster Java, Juice Monster, or Monster Rehab products will be accepted.
Will there be restocks of the items once they are sold out?
Summer of Monster Mayhem Prizing is while supplies last, so get it before it's gone.
How many points do I need to redeem for each item?
Required points vary per item. Please refer to T&Cs for specific amounts of points required per item.
How do the retail exclusives work for Summer of Monster Mayhem?

Are these items available for purchase?
No, Summer of Monster Mayhem items are only available through point redemption.
How does fulfillment work with event tickets?
Once you redeem your points for event tickets and complete the electronic affidavit form, a representative from Monster Energy will reach out to you to confirm your acceptance and deliver tickets per the respective method of delivery and fulfillment.
How do I enter in for a chance to win the extreme prizes?
Upon submitting your first receipt, you will automatically be entered in for a chance to win one of the Extreme Prizes available in the sweepstakes.
How is extreme prizing fulfilled?
Each of the extreme prizes will be fulfilled by December 31st, 2025. Please refer to the T&Cs for tax, title and registrations.
Do I have to upload a photo of my receipt before placing an order?
Yes, but you must create an account then upload a photo of the receipt prior to placing your order.
Can I upload a receipt from an online purchase?
Yes, for online orders, please submit receipt including store name, items purchased with price, order date, order total, and confirmation that order has been delivered
Can I upload a receipt from a buy online pick-up in store purchase?
Yes, for any buy online pick-up in store orders, please submit receipt including store name, items purchased with price, order date, order total, and confirmation that order has been picked up and or delivered.
How many points is each Monster Energy can worth? Are multipacks included in the promotion?
Each can is worth 1 point. If you purchase a multipack, you will be rewarded based on the number of cans that are in the multipack. (ie: 4 pack = 4 points)
Can I place order over the phone?

How long will it take my account to be credited after uploading my receipt?
Your account will be credited within 48 Hours of uploading your receipt.
How much is shipping and handling?
You are not responsible for pre-paid shipping and handling costs per Summer of Monster Mayhem item.
Is there a limit of the number of items I can order?
Yes, limits per items vary. Please check T&Cs for specifications.
Is there a limit on the number of receipts I can upload per day?
Yes, each account will only be able to upload 1 receipt per day with a maximum of 120 points awarded per receipt.
Is there a limit on the number of orders I can place per day?
Yes, participants can only place 1 order per day with a maximum of 5 items per order.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow approximately ten (10) to twelve (12) weeks for delivery after your valid online order is placed.
Can I return or exchange my items?
No, this is a limited time offer, so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Can items be shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO?
No, we do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO. You must enter a physical address with the 50 U.S. states or Washington D.C.
Will unused points remaining on my account after the promotion ends roll over to a future promotion?
Points not redeemed for Summer of Monster Mayhem Prizing by November 30, 2025, will be forfeited and will not be returned to you or credited to any future promotions.
Can tabs be redeemed for points?
No, points are only awarded by receipt uploads of qualifying purchases between the promotional period.
